Is there anything I have to do in
Japan? |

You don't have to do anything! We take care
of transporting, loading and all the documents. You just have
to wait for the ship to arrive at your port. |

How long does it take for the ship
to get to the port? |

It takes about 4 weeks after leaving the
port in Japan. |

Which port does it arrive at? |

It depends on the schedule, mainly Liverpool
or Southampton. You can choose the port to which you want
the car to be shipped. |

What should I do after the car arrives
at the port? |

After loading the car onto the ship in Japan,
a Bill of Lading will be issued. We will send you the B/L
and you will go to the port with the B/L to pick up the car.
You need to have the car tested in order for the car to be
allowed on the road. If you need assistance, we have some
agents available for you. |

How much is the shipping cost? |

No need to worry, the price we suggest includes
shipping and maritime insurance. |

What if the ship sinks? |

The shipping company we use hardly ever
has such accidents. But even if it happens, it will be covered
by maritime insurance. You can have your money back, or we
can find a replacement car which is equivalent to the one
you originally purchased.

Why is it better to import cars
directly from Japan? |

Japanese cars tend to have low mileage because
people in Japan do not have long vacations and the country
is very small. And also due to the SHAKEN system which is
required by law, cars are maintained and serviced constantly. |

Do many people import cars? |

Many car dealers world wide who sell Japanese
cars have been importing for a long time. But there have not
been many personal importers yet. There are some people who
import cars from Japan for their personal use or to sell.
It is said that the number of personal importers will increase
due to the use of the internet. Using the Internet, we are
able to give a lot of information and help you to purchase
cars at low cost from your country. |

Is the car okay? |

Of course! We make sure that all the cars
we stock are in good running condition, do not have any damage
which would cause problems and do not have odometers rewound.
In Japan, the sales restrictions are very strict. If we do
break the law, we do not only lose our sales license but also
be punished. |

Can you tell me the details about
the car I want? |

Definitely! We do our best supply to you
all the information and pictures you need since you can not
see the actual car. For every inquiry, we send more than 30
pictures of the car, the history of the car, the condition
and the estimate. If you have further questions or any request
for more pictures on certain parts etc, we will be glad to
answer them. |

This is my first time to import
personally. How much help can you give me? |

We can help until the car gets to the designated
port in your country. Upon your request, we are able to help
you until the car gets to your hand. We handle everything
from Japan until it gets to your port. After that, there are
some agents available if you wish to use them at your cost. |

Can I request cars I want? |

Of course you can. Please let us know the
model, year, mileage, color and features you would like. This
service will require the use of auctions and we will have
to discuss matters including the time difference. We will
have to decide on the payment method, then move on to the
next step. |

Can I cancel the car after i pay for the car? |

Yes. The cancellation fee will occur. |

Can I trust the car auctions in
Japan? |

The quality of inspections of car’s condition
is very high. The levels of cars vary because there are a
couple of hundreds thousands cars dealt with throughout Japan
every week. Each auction has inspectors to evaluate the cars
and all cars get a score depending on their conditions. Odometer
readings are also checked at this time. |

Do you offer any other service besides
sales? |

When you purchase a car from us, you can
request; --Maintenance
You can have your car serviced at a dealer. It is same as
SHAKEN. --Parts
If you like Japanese car parts, we will take the order after
discussing the shipping method.

Can I trust your company? |

Yes. We are a licensed car dealer in Japan
which means that we are qualified under the law. Since we
do businesses with Japanese car dealers such as Toyota, Nissan,
Mazda and Honda through purchasing and maintenance services,
we have membership to attend dealer auctions. These auctions
allow only people with memberships to take part. |

Can you tell me what your company
does besides exporting cars to the U.K.? |

We buy cars from more than 70 auctions including
dealer hosted ones and market to various users. We have business
tie-ups with credit companies and insurance companies to support
our customers with maintenance and other services. |

Exporting to New Zealand |
